We start with an initial briefing meeting to understand your business, brand, audience and objectives. We agree your visual style, colours, fonts, logo usage, tone of voice and how you want your business represented online.
From there, Tiga Digital plans, creates, schedules and publishes your ongoing social content using your existing website, imagery, services, products and brand assets.
You don't need to tell us what to post every week. That's the point.

No. Our service is designed specifically so that you don't have to continually supply us with ideas.
We use your website, existing imagery, brand assets and the initial briefing to create your regular content independently.
If you're on our Silver or Gold package, you can also send us new information during the month that you'd specifically like us to turn into content.

Client-requested content is something new that you specifically ask us to create a post about.
For example, you might have a new project, product, service, offer, event, team member, company announcement or piece of news that isn't already covered by the material available to us.
Silver includes up to 3 client-requested content pieces per month, while Gold includes up to 5. Bronze is designed to operate entirely from the agreed brief and your existing content and assets.

We can manage content across major social networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Reddit.
You don't necessarily need to be active everywhere. We'll agree the most appropriate platforms for your business as part of the initial briefing.
Bronze includes up to 3 platforms, Silver up to 5 and Gold up to 8.

Each content piece starts with an original piece of content created for your business. It can then be adapted where appropriate for the different platforms on which it is published.
For example, the wording, format or presentation of a LinkedIn post may differ from the version published on Instagram or Threads.
This allows your brand to maintain a consistent message without simply treating every social network identically.

We'll work from your existing imagery and brand assets and create social content in line with the visual direction agreed during your initial briefing.
If you already have professional photography, product imagery or other marketing assets, these can also become part of your ongoing content library.

Not necessarily — and for most clients, the aim is that you shouldn't have to.
We establish the rules during onboarding so that once your brand style, tone of voice and content direction are agreed, we can manage the ongoing process for you.
If your business requires a specific approval process, we can discuss this during your initial briefing.

It depends on your package.
Bronze includes 3 original content pieces per week, Silver includes 5 per week, and Gold provides daily original content, up to 30 pieces per month.
Each content piece may then be appropriately adapted and distributed across your selected social networks, so publishing across several platforms doesn't mean you're receiving the same number of independently created pieces for every individual network.

Organic social media management and paid social advertising are different services.
The Bronze, Silver and Gold packages cover your ongoing organic content creation, scheduling and publishing. If you'd also like to use Meta, LinkedIn or other paid social advertising to generate leads or sales, we can discuss this separately.

Community management, customer-service responses and ongoing inbox/comment management aren't included as standard in the packages.
The core service is focused on creating and publishing your content and building a consistent professional social presence.
If you need additional community management, we can discuss your requirements separately.

Once you've selected a package, we'll arrange your initial briefing and collect access to the relevant social accounts, website content and brand assets.
We'll then establish your content direction and prepare the initial publishing schedule. The exact launch timing depends on the number of platforms and the assets available, but we'll agree this with you during onboarding.

Client-requested content: Bronze does not include new content specifically briefed by the client during the month. Your normal done-for-you content continues without you needing to supply ideas.

Your regular social content is already done for you. Client-requested content is for something new that you specifically want us to talk about — perhaps a completed project, company announcement, new product, event, offer or piece of news. Send us the information and assets and we'll turn it into social content.
